Mango Salsa Recipe

INGREDIENTS-
- 250 grams chopped mangoes.
- 1 small onion finely chopped.
- 1 small Green Capsicum finely chopped.
- 1/2 tsp oregano.
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder (Jira powder).
- 1/2 tsp crushed red chili powder.
- 1 green chili finely chopped.
- 2-3 Tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped ( Dhaniya Patta).
- 2 tsp lemon juice.
- Salt to taste preferences.
HOW TO MAKE MANGO SALSA RECIPE
- Take 250 grams chopped mangoes in a bowl. It should be ripe and sweet mangoes.
- Add 1 small onion finely chopped, 1 small Green Capsicum finely chopped, 1 green chili finely chopped and 2-3 Tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped into the bowl.
- Now add 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp crushed red chili powder, 2 tsp lemon juice, and salt to taste.
- Stir ingredients of the bowl properly. Serve Mango Salsa plain or with chips/ rice.
