Anger is an intense emotional response. It is an emotional response that impacts human beings. It becomes the predominant feeling cognitively, and physiologically. The external expression of anger can be found in facial expressions, body language, physiological responses.  When you get angry, your heart rate and blood pressure rise and stress hormones are released. It can also be a substitute for emotion. It affects a person’s daily life and relationships. It is a natural feeling. Feeling angry is a natural human response to certain life experiences. It’s a basic emotion, occurring at any duration when we feel deceived, insulted or frustrated.
