Echidna

Echidnas are spiny, ant-eating animals that live in Australia and New Guinea. Members of this group are known as monotremes. It lays eggs that have a softshell.

Eel

Eels are long and snake-like. Fins run along most of the length of the upper and lower sides of their bodies. It can be found in freshwater as well as salt water.

The eland is a species of antelope found in southern and eastern Africa. It is found in grassland and savanna habitats. It is the second-largest antelope. It has the endurance to maintain a trot indefinitely and can jump an 8-foot fence from a standstill.

Elephant

Body Dimensions: Height at the shoulder, 8.2 to 13 ft (2.5 to 4 m)

Group: Herd
