  2. This looks like a really informative event. Soy Protein is so important for all of us. My son loves chicken, Greek yogurt, baked beans and eggs so I make sure he takes these things in his meals regularly. I need to improve my own protein intake.

  3. I do not like soybean personally but as you said it’s a plant based rich source of protein.I must include it in my diet. Thanks for sharing this informative post.
