  3. Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside at room temperature.
  4. To make the sauce heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and onions and saute it.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for few minutes. Add salt, pepper powder, basil leaves, oregano, and sugar. Stir properly.
  6. Roll out the dough balls to 1cm thickness.
  7. Place the rolled out pizza on a baking tray, and spread the sauce over it. Then, spread a thin layer of cheese.
  8. Spread prepared pizza sauce on rolled pizza base, top it with sliced onion, red capsicum, tomato and yellow capsicum, grated cheese, and olive oil to evenly cover the pizza top.

  1. Pizza is a staple food for many in the United States. I like your recipe as I enjoy both peppers (what we call capsiums) and onions, and don’t really like to have a lot of toppings. Where I grew up in New York City, there would be a bottle of dried oregano at the table of the pizza parlor to put even more oregano on, to taste. They don’t do that where I live now, and I miss it.
