Tropical Pineapple Banana Bread

Take your taste buds to the tropics with this moist treat filled with juicy pineapple. The tropical bread is a fun new twist off of the regular old banana bread! The Banana loaf is a very moist and delicious tropical tasting quick bread. It is very easy to make for your family. The miracle to this banana bread is the combination of very ripe bananas and crushed pineapple. Tropical banana bread is sweet, fruity, and moist.  Banana bread is a great breakfast idea and best by adding some chopped pineapple!

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2 cup salted butter
  2. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 4 medium bananas
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  7. 1 tsp baking soda
  8. 1 1/2 cups flour
  9. 1 cup chopped pineapples

HOW TO MAKE TROPICAL BANANA BREAD?

  1. Pre-heat microwave to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Peel the bananas and put them into mixing bowl.
  3. Using the mixer, mashed up the bananas for a few minutes.
  4. Now, place the butter in a microwave bowl and heat for about 10-20 seconds until melted.
  5. Add the butter to mashed bananas in the mixing bowl.
  6. Next, add both the brown sugar, the granulated sugar, and the eggs and mix until smooth for a minute.
  7. Add vanilla and baking soda and mix it well.
  8. Finally, add the flour 1/2 cup at a time and making sure to mix well.
  9. Now, add the drained pineapples to the batter and stir until they are evenly distributed.

  10. Pour the batter into a ceramic non-stick pan and cook for 55-60 minutes.
  11. Serve in a serving platter.
