#Poison2 Is A Must watch stylish thriller flick #RevengeNeverEnds|Show Review

Bollywood is famous for its love stories and family drama movies but revenge is also popular in Bollywood. We have plenty of films on Revenge like Sholay, Kasoor, Zanjeer, and Badlapur.

After the superhit of the first season, #Poison2 has rolled out on the ZEE5 OTT Platform. The tale begins with Aditya Singh Rathode whose goal in life is to destroy and take revenge from the Josh team that comprises of Sara, Harsh, and Oscar.

#Poison2 – A power-packed thriller

 #Poison2 is a racy crime thriller of friendship, love, and revenge. Jaiveer and his father are implicated in a diamond heist and packed off to jail. Jaiveer’s father commits suicide while his mother lands in a coma. His girlfriend Sara testifies against him in the court. He vows to take revenge. Season 2 starts with Aditya Singh winning the stakes at a racecourse and leaving the ‘Josh’ team stunned. Josh is owned by Sara, Oscar, and Harsh. The Police officer Isha tries to unearth the mystery behind the heist even as she deals with her own tumultuous personal life. There is a power-packed 11 episodes of mystery, drama, danger, and lust. As the story proceeds, one episode just connected into another and the whole web series makes for a great binge-watch #RevengeNeverEnds. 

Characters Performance

Aftab Shivdasani certainly shines in his digital debut. Raai Laxmi is charming and impressive in her performance and Zain Imam is extremely sophisticated thereby living up to his image of making women go weak on their knees effortlessly. Rahul Dev has played the role of officer Sikander Malik and Pooja Chopra as officer Isha. Both the officers do their best and manage to impress within their limited screen presence to good effect. 

Jaw-dropping twists and turns

The steamy thriller gets its beautifully framed shots from cinematographer Ravi Walia, who has done a great job with excellent visual language throughout the show. Apart from the visuals, the background score of the show presented with stunning visuals would give you goosebumps. After a series of cliffhangers, the climax gives you closure, and would make you pause for a minute and process what just happened next?

My Take

The story is deceptively simple. The dialogues are hard-hitting, but they add to the larger-than-life feel of the series. Full of twists and turns. Interesting screenplay. This creates a rift between them and the way the screenplay plays out, it only reveals the dark and unpleasant sides of them. Marvelous work by the makers of the series #Poison2, and suspense ends so well. Passion, Power, Money, lust, Attitude, and many more all we can see in a single movie.
