A smart city has smart inhabitants of their educational grade. It is the relation between the city government or public administration and its citizen. Good governance as an aspect of a smart administration to the usage of new channels of communication for the citizens, e.g. “e-governance” or “e-democracy”. A smart city has investments in human and social capital and traditional and modern infrastructure fuel sustainable economic growth and a high quality of life, with a wise management of natural resources, through government. The smart health systems have to improve the quality of life for patients, allowing diagnosis and therapies and, reducing health care costs, reduce the time for access to the hospital.

Vodafone Green Diwali Celebration
Diwali is a festival of lights. Vodafone celebrates it in a different way. Vodafone India has launched an innovative concept. Vodafone encourages Delhilites to celebrate a Green Diwali. Vodafone is gifting ‘eco-friendly‘ crackers containing Soy or Tulsi plant seeds to customers visiting its stores in Delhi. There will be Super Crackers available at 52 Vodafone stores from 16th – 19th Oct. These Super crackers are filled with eco-friendly plant seeds. Everyone needs to do is plant it and let the plant bloom. This is also a great program taken in the awareness of the Supreme Court banning firecrackers in the city. Vodafone India has made this Diwali more joyous and delightful for customers in Delhi NCR.
